Currently Rest Assured Homecare Services operates in Guiseley, Otley, Yeadon and areas in close proximity to these.

Hours of Service

Rest Assured Homecare Services offices are open from 08:00 until 16:00 from which time the telephones are transferred to the out of hours telephone number which will be contactable until 10:00pm. Telephone messages may be left after this time and will be dealt with when the offices are open at 08:00.


Many service users have pets. We recognise the importance of pets in our service user's lives, but sometimes pets may react differently to our staff which is particularly true with dogs. We may ask you to ensure that your pet is secured away from the areas our staff are working in. We will discuss any concerns with you before we make this request.

Process of Care Delivery

Development of the Service User Plan

After the assessment of needs and risks, an individual care plan will be prepared and, with your agreement, put into place. The care plan will provide details of the times of your visit and the duties to be completed by our Home Care team.

Review of Your Care

We understand that for many reasons your needs for services may change. This can sometimes change very quickly and we will make sure your care needs are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure you continue to receive the right level of care.

Complaints Procedure

Whether a complaint has been made verbally or in writing, Rest Assured Home Care Services takes this very seriously. Any verbal complaints will be investigated and assistance will be given to put these in writing if required. A FULL investigation will be conducted immediately. We aim to deal with all complaints within 28 days.
